What can you do when a trainer accuses a student of handing in a paper that is not the student’s?

Question by creativity1: What can you do when a instructor accuses a student of handing in a paper that is not the student’s?
My nephew handed in a paper. The teacher emailed my sister and mentioned that he thinks that the paper was not authored by her son. My sister is furious with the instructor. Luckily for us, my sister seen the rough draft. My sister even held the second and 3rd drafts with the trainer remarks on it. She had a assembly with the instructor and the trainer nevertheless insists that he believes that my nephew did not write it. What can my sister do now?

She could go to the principal or dean of the college to consult what to do or file a grievance against the trainer.

Good luck!

Really not.

As for “I dislike you,” it really is a subject of he-explained-she-says, so reliable luck. All over again, very likely not.

….and even if you experienced legit promises, the teacher union-backed worker contracts for teachers make it virtually unattainable to get fired.
